Rackify · a Chamber company
You already own the hard part: power, facilities, and GPUs. Rackify adds the software layer that turns a fleet into a cloud business — sold under your brand, deployed your way.
Pure revenue share — 5% of GPU services revenue. No license, no per-seat fees.
The silicon
Serial, VRAM, PCIe lane and generation, power limit, ECC mode and MIG — read off each GPU by one static agent every 15 seconds. No Docker, no runtime, no dependencies on the machine. When a card goes missing or a serial changes underneath you, the fleet says so before a customer does.
The control plane
Operators see the whole estate. A tenant sees only the machines it rents, and a founder sees across every operator. Neither reaches past its own line — the boundary is enforced server-side and proven on every release by an automated cross-tenant test, not by inspection or good intentions.
The economics
Unrented nodes list themselves on the open market at a price you set, and pull back the moment a customer of yours wants them. Capacity that would have idled between contracts earns instead — and a rental already running is never interrupted.
The product · the real interface
These are the product’s own screens, rendered live in your browser rather than photographed — the same views your team and your customers get. The numbers are demonstration data, not a real fleet.
Every node as a living cell, coloured by state from its own heartbeat and live telemetry. PromQL-backed power and utilization behind each chart, an events feed for enrollments, flaps and hardware changes, and a site map that plots only positions it can actually justify.

A branded, tenant-scoped console carrying your name rather than ours: exactly their machines, their telemetry, their logs — and provably nobody else’s. They rent whole nodes by GPU model from live availability, and release them the hour they stop needing them.

ROLLING OUT
Pure revenue share. No licence, no per-seat fees, no integration charges. Rackify deploys, hosts and operates the whole stack, and earns only when you earn — 5% of GPU services revenue, idle-compute resale included. A 512-GPU H100/H200 fleet at 85% utilization and ~$2.15/GPU-hr ≈ $675K/mo revenue, ≈ $34K/mo fee.
From parts to product
Agent, ingest, metrics, logs, tenancy, billing hooks, a storefront. The parts every cloud shares — so the part that is yours stays yours.
Ready to sell
One command per machine and a token. The fleet appears in your console, behind a storefront carrying your name.

OPERATOR
Rack it, plug in the agent, and sell it as a cloud under your own name. Rackify is the layer between your hardware and your customers — nothing about it says Rackify to them.
Pure revenue share — 5% of GPU services revenue. No licence, no per-seat fees.
CUSTOMER
Rent whole nodes from a provider you can actually see into. Live telemetry on every GPU you pay for, and isolation that is tested rather than promised.
Your machines, your telemetry, your logs — and provably nobody else’s.
